VIP Access

Champions Club tickets allow attendees VIP access to the Northwest Loge overlooking the field inside Ohio Stadium in addition to the main festival area.

Location

The Northwest Loge is located inside Ohio Stadium through the Huntington Club Entrance between Gates 17 and 23.

Capacity

Limited to 500 attendees. Tickets will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

About

A Special Wish Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to granting the wishes of children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening disorder.

Founded in 1982, A Special Wish Foundation was one of the first wish-granting organizations in the United States. Since 1982, wishes have been granted to thousands of children.

Needs

Volunteers are needed to help out with every aspect of the event, including:

• Ticketing

• ID check

• Beer pouring

• Brewery support

• Event setup and teardown

Where does The Great Ohio Beer Fest take place?

The Great Ohio Beer Fest takes place at Ohio Stadium in the West Lot. Please see map for details.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID.

Can I get a refund?

All tickets are nonrefundable. No exceptions.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no. While we love furry friends, only service animals are permitted.

Are children allowed?

Unfortunately, no. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

What is the weather policy?

The Great Ohio Beer Fest will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., lightning) or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of attendees, event officials reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event. All tickets are nonrefundable.

Are Designated Driver tickets available?

Yes, Designated Driver tickets are available. Please note any Designated Driver who is seen drinking will be escorted out immediately.

Will food and non-alcoholic beverages be available?

Yes, there will be a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. No outside food (except pretzel necklaces) or beverages are permitted.

Refund Policy

All tickets are nonrefundable. No exceptions. As with all events, proceeds from the event are used to cover the numerous nonrefundable pre and post-event expenses required to produce the event (e.g., permits, medical personnel, police and traffic control, security, beer, sample glasses, venue rental, equipment rental, food and refreshments, tents and staging, event staff, event entertainment, signage, event supplies, portable restrooms, etc.).

Weather Policy

Lightning Policy

In the event of lightning, the event will be postponed 30 minutes if lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius. Additionally, every time lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius, the 30-minute timing increment will restart.
